TRAINING IN DDI AST

THIS TRAINING PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR:

Members of an organization which has already begun, or which wishes to begin, its transformation or which is looking for problem solving methods associated with change management: managers or aspiring managers who have identified one or more problems in their organization.

PREREQUISITES FOR DDI AST

Good understanding of written English (facilitation of the training session is in French; the training materials are in English). Advance preparation of a 2-hour presentation, to be given in English, presenting the subject of study (transformation project) related to the training. The subject must be validated beforehand by the trainer-advisor.

OPPORTUNITIES IN DDI AST

Management professions in general (Continuous Improvement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Operations Manager, etc.) or top management (factory management, Supply Chain group management, multi-site management).

Build a complete transformation project
Detect, develop, and practice with change management models for this transformation project
Support change management

For the company sending its employees

Train one or more Demand Driven transformation project leaders
Train one or more leaders in the operational principles of systemic analysis
Lead a logical transformation project over a period of 3 days

After a period of preparation and on the basis of the problem identified beforehand... ...presentation of an analysis that covers all stages of the AST process.

Module 1: Finding a systemic problem

  • Understand how to link organizational symptoms that are split between functions, sites, etc.
  • Identify the systemic problem that is the root cause of these symptoms

Module 2: Imagining an innovative idea

  • Identify a specific idea that directly challenges the root cause
  • Know how to recognize a truly innovative idea

Module 3: Building a complete and robust solution

  • Complete the solution
  • Mitigate risks

Module 4: Planning for how to overcome obstacles

  • Develop a sequenced and immediately profitable deployment plan

Module 5: Implementing and managing change

  • Use the right tools to facilitate membership
