Training objectives of Sustainbale Supply Chain - Form’action

For the learner participating in the training

 

Understand and identify the environmental, economic, and regulatory challenges related to their work environment
Understand the human dimension: barriers and drivers of change
Identify, based on the mapping of their company's value chain, the operational constraints as well as financial and environmental impacts
Become aware of the levers for reducing, mitigating, or eliminating these constraints and impacts
Prepare a multidisciplinary action plan with priority actions to initiate a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach

For the company sending its employees

Understand the environmental, economic, and regulatory challenges specific to your sector
Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders based on identified issues
Co-develop technical and organizational solutions that engage teams to strengthen the company’s resilience
Start CSR strategy

Evaluation methods

At the end of the training, a feedback questionnaire is provided to learners to assess: - Overall satisfaction - Achievement of defined objectives - Areas for improvement in both content and format An attendance sheet will also be signed for each half-day session.

Day 1 (face-to-face): Understand the environmental, economic, and regulatory challenges of your value chain, address change, and share best practices

Day 2 (half-day online): Assess the challenges of your value chain

Day 3 (face-to-face): Collaborative workshop to identify actionable tools and solutions, and initiate a Sustainable Supply Chain roadmap integrating: Climate change, Circular economy, Pollution / Water / Biodiversity, Organizational aspects and habits
