THIS TRAINING PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR:

People starting out or already working in a Supply Chain who would like to acquire theoretical knowledge. People working within the Supply Chain: Production, Quality, Design Office, Finance, Sales, IT. Managers who need to understand how the Supply Chain works.

PREREQUISITES FOR ESCM Training

None: ESCM training is intended to help learners understand the structure and challenges of Supply Chains and Supply Chain Management and does not require any specific training or experience.

OPPORTUNITIES IN ESCM Training

Starting positions in industrial Supply Chains; scheduling, planning, procurement, logistics, etc. Improvement of the connections within the Supply Chain for related functions (quality, finance, etc.).

Training objectives of ESCM Training

For the learner participating in the training

 

Understand what a supply chain is, what its main issues are, the different flows and associated indicators
Understand the counter-productive effects of operating in silos
Know about the principles of the MRP2 model and the associated types of decisions
Understand what stock represents, inventory costs, and the basics of inventory management
Know the basics of performance management with suppliers
Understand the importance of data within digital tools and their configuration
Position yourself in the supply chain and identify your impact and influence on it

For the company sending its employees

Align teams on a shared vision of the Supply Chain and the use of a common vocabulary
Preparing teams for a decompartmentalization of the different professions
Gauge aptitudes in terms of Supply Chain Management and identify employees to be placed in operational positions
