Teaching tools

The Flow Simulation Game is an educational game developed by the AGILEA teams. It allows you to understand the challenges of a supply chain. The learner must manage a supply chain by: - Responding to customer orders - Placing orders with suppliers - Managing and optimising inventory - In DD mode: configuring buffers. These tasks are all carried out with the aim of optimising overall costs (stock value and costs of delay).
