Logistics process professions: procurement, planning, purchasing, logistics, inventory management, workshop management. A 1st experience or training (initial or professional) in Supply Chain, as well as basic knowledge in flow management are recommended.

Training objectives of ASCM - Warehousing Certificate

Participate in loading and shipping management processes and work with common shipping documents
Schedule shipments and use various methods for tracking them
Follow an effective order fulfillment cycle and work to improve order accuracy and efficiency
Use inventory management systems in warehouses and distribution centers to optimize inventory and inventory costs
Categorize inventory and manage the costs associated with holding inventory
Manage customer returns
Ensure environmentally sustainable work practices
Make appropriate decisions on transportation methods by understanding their characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Evaluation methods

ASCM Warehousing Certificate exam, consisting of 60 questions given remotely over a period of 2 hours in an open-book exam.

Teaching tools

The training program lasts 10.5 hours, divided into 3 half-days of virtual class. It is essential to reserve time for personal work (30 hours in total). The training sessions are built around practical applications which require prior reading of the chapters on the ASCM platform: discussions around key points, questions/answers, exercises, case studies, professional illustrations, work in groups.
